PaisaOne acts solely as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We facilitate access to financial products and services including but not limited to loans, credit cards, insurance and investment options through our partner institutions. We do not provide loans or financial products directly.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

a) Users must be Indian citizens above 18 years of age with valid identity and financial documents.

b) Users must ensure all information shared is true and complete.

c) Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials shared with us or created on our platforms.

3. Third-Party Products and Disclaimers

a) All product information and eligibility criteria are provided by third-party financial institutions.

b) Credit scores and reports are obtained from registered CICs.

c) We do not guarantee approval or disbursal of any product. Final decisions rest with the respective financial provider.

d) Users agree that the Company is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party information or delays beyond its control.

4. User Consent

By engaging with our services, users consent to:

a) Communication through various channels (Phone, SMS, Email, WhatsApp)

b) Sharing and processing of their data with affiliated parties and financial institutions

c) Receiving marketing materials, product updates and promotional offers

d) Users may opt out of promotional communications by contacting us or using opt out links provided in such messages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Content Liability

The Website is free from any content that may be of libelous, obscene or criminal nature in any manner, or which infringes, violates, or advocates the infringement or violation of, any third-party rights and We shall not be held responsible for any wrongful interpretation of any content that appears on the Website. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request for removal of any unauthorized third party content/link appearing on the Website. We reserve the right to carry out internal audit for removal of any content on the Website.
