1. Open the e challan portal — Visit echallan.parivahan.gov.in and click "Grievance" from the navigation menu.
2. Enter challan details — Enter your challan number and vehicle registration details (UK prefix or the prefix of your home state if the challan was issued to an out-of-state vehicle in Uttarakhand).
